Happy 1st Birthday Josiah William Miller!

Wow! Tomorrow, August 4th, is the first birthday of our precious firstborn baby boy, Josiah Miller. What an amazing gift he is to our lives, and we believe, to the world. He is so very full of life, quick to smile, and as strong willed as they come, and he could not be loved more! Saturday, August 2nd. We had his birthday party. It was amazing. The day started out with a pretty bad forecast for the weather, but God smiled on us that day and the weather turned out to be beautiful. Since his name comes from King Josiah in the Bible (2nd Kings beginning with chapter 22), the theme of the party was a castle/little king theme.

There was a great feast, and the pool was quite beautiful:



Josiah played and opened gifts and had fun with all the guests who came! We were so amazed at all the people we had come over. What a beautiful sight to see so many people who love our son gather to celebrate him. It really made the day so special.





One of his favorite toys was a wagon. By the end of the party he had played so hard, that he even fell asleep in it! What an awesome day!
