Hi everyone! A great update - baby Isaac did not have to have heart surgery, the doctors are thinking that the hole may yet close on its own. Gail and Micah have been able to hold the boys a couple of times over the weekend, and their hearts and spirits are optimistic!
On Saturday, September 27, my cousins Derek and Amber celebrated the birth of their second daughter! The delivery went well, but about 3 hours after she was born, she began to have difficulty breathing. The doctors have not quite figured out what is going on but she is in the NICU and not doing well. She will go through a battery of tests today, so please keep her and the entire family in your prayers!
